Return Of Goods

Chameleon Glitter Limited will only accept returns under the following conditions:

 

• Damaged Goods (either during or before delivery)

• Incorrect Goods (we have sent you out the wrong items)

• Incorrectly described goods (goods that clearly do not match the product description on our website)

 

In all cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods if you wish to return the products back to Chameleon Glitter Ltd.

If any damage to any items has occured during the delivery process then pictures must be taken of the parcel and items that were damaged as they were delivered to the customer from the delivery company, within 24hrs of receiving the items. The pictures need to be sent to Chameleon Glitter via either our email address which is on our website or via Facebook, sent to us within the Facebook messaging system.

We are not able to cancel an order once the customer has receipt of the goods because of a change of mind.

In the case of returning a product/products it is up to the customer to return the items to ourselves at their own cost in the same condition the items were received (no damage and with the full sealed shrink wrapped package on each item, unbroken on all items being returned).

If the returning item/items meet the criteria stated above will we refund the full value of the customers order including delivery charges or a portion of the delivery charges if the return is only a partial return of the original order.

It will then be the customers choice to either be shipped a replacement item or a refund.
